Cancellation Policy

At Lickstick, we strive to provide a seamless experience from order placement to delivery. If you need to cancel an order, please review our cancellation policy below:

Cancellation Window: Orders can be cancelled within 30 minutes of placement. After this period, we may not be able to process cancellations due to the preparation and dispatch of perishable items.

How to Cancel: To request a cancellation, please contact our support team at support@lickstick.in as soon as possible. Include your order number and reason for cancellation in your message.

Refunds: If your cancellation request is made within the allowed time frame, we will process a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Ineligibility for Cancellation: Orders that are already in the process of being prepared or dispatched cannot be cancelled.
